結果とプロセスのバランス｜Balance between Results and Process｜2020/09/04

仕事は結果が全てだという。いくらよいプロセスを経たとしても結果がでなければ意味がない。しかし人生は結果ではなく、プロセスだと思う。お墓には資産は持ってゆけない。持ってゆけるのは思い出だけだ。人生の中で仕事の占める割合が多いとコンフリクトが生まれる。結果をとるのか、プロセスをとるのか。プロセスを重視して結果も生まれる仕事をすることが一番ハッピーだと思うけれど、なかなか難しい。しかし黄金比のような最適バランスがあるのかもしれない。いろいろ試しながらそのバランスを見つけてゆきたい。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
The work is all about results. No matter how good the process goes, it's meaningless if the result is not. But I think life is a process, not results. We cannot bring assets to the grave. Only memories can be brought. Conflicts are created when the proportion of work in life is large. Will I take the results or the process? I think it's the happiest thing to do a job that emphasizes the process and produces results, but it is quite difficult. However there may be an optimal balance like the golden ratio.
