ゴルフのGPSナビを見に行ったのだけれど、各社他との差別化をするために様々な機能を付加している。高低差がわかるもの、脈拍がわかるもの、カラー表示されるもの。結果、高価格化になり、表示や操作は複雑化して、単に距離が知りたいというニーズからどんどん遠ざかっている感じがする。
