朝のトレーニングを始めてはや2ヶ月。身体も軽くなり始め、朝の早起きもさほど苦にならなくなった。なんだぁ、ダイエット簡単じゃんと思っていたら、二日酔いだったり、朝寝坊だったりして続けるのが辛くなった。しかも前のように楽しみよりちょっと飽き始め、身体の変化もひと段落してしまった。習慣化するには3ヶ月かかると本に書いてあったが、合点がいった。魔の2ヶ月目なんだなぁと。ここで辞めちゃうとまた元に戻ってしまうんだって。ああ、試練だ。

I have been training in the morning for 2 months. My body started to get lighter, and getting up early became less painful. I thought diet was very easy. Lately I got hangover, got late sleeping and it got hard to keep on. Moreover, as I started to get bored a little bit more than fun, and my body's change was also slow. I read the book that said it took three months to make it a habit, but it was written in the book. 2nd month would be tough. When I quit here Imy body will be back again. Oh, it is a trial.
