この2ヶ月朝早起きをして、20分の散歩と10分のジム通いをしていたら身体がやせてきた。身体の痩せる部位の順番ってあるみたいだ。自分の場合、顔、顎、脇、脚という順番でお腹周りはまだまだ時間がかかりそうだ。
