カタチが同じでも|Same Style, but...

姫路に行った時に「関西シウマイ弁当」が売られているのを見つけた。崎陽軒のシウマイ弁当はよく食べるけど、関西版は初めてだ。シウマイが5個並び、卵焼き、かまぼこ、魚、唐揚げと堤型のご飯が並んでいる。ディテールの違いはあるものの、ほぼ同じスタイルだ。早速新幹線の中で食べてみる。素材も味付けも関西風を意識してつくられている。見た目はほぼ同じだけれど、味わいが全く異なる。カタチが同じで全く別モノになっている。いい企画だなぁ。(絵と文:サカキテツ朗)

When I went to Himeji, I found "Kansai Shumai Bento" for sale. I often eat shumai bento by Kiyoken, but this is my first time trying the Kansai version. Five pieces of shumai are lined up, and egg roll, kamaboko, fish, fried chicken and rice in a bank shape are lined up. Although there are differences in details, it is almost the same style. I tried to eat it on the Shinkansen immediately. Both ingredients and seasoning are made in the Kansai style. The appearance is almost the same, but the taste is completely different.
