若い世代との会話。「就活でよく聞いた話として、自分のやりたいことのために会社を使うもの。とりあえず入社してみて、自分がそこで成長できそうでないとわかれば移るのは当たり前。会社は手段。」会社経営者との話。「会社の理念が社員に浸透していない。社員にもっと会社を自分ごととして考えてほしい。会社の成長のためにも社員にもっと成長してもらわないといけない。」なかなか難しい。。。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
