屋台のたこ焼き屋｜Street food takoyaki shop｜2020/07/30

キャンプ場のそばの空き地に屋台のたこ焼き屋があった。なぜここに？という感じだったが、いつも誰かが買っていて、通るたびに気になった。結局最終日に買ったのだが、よく見ると屋台のそばの住宅地にその本店らしきた焼き屋がある。こちらの方はすでにクローズしているようだ。恐らく住宅地にたこ焼き屋を出店したのだが、動線の悪さと住宅という佇まいでお客さんが来なく、空き地に屋台を出したのだろう。屋台というお祭り感がお客さんの高揚感を誘い、経営は順調のようである。たこ焼き屋の親父の経営センスに脱帽だ。
There was a stall Takoyaki in a vacant lot near the campsite. I didn’t know why it was there, but someone always buy takoyaki, and I checked every time I passed. After all, I bought it on the last day, and I found main shop near the stall in the residential area. This shop seems to have already closed. Perhaps the owner opened a takoyaki shop in a residential area, but due to the poor traffic flow and the appearance of a house, customers did not come and he opened a stall in an empty area. The festive atmosphere of a food stall attracts customers' excitement, and business seems to be doing well. I admired the sense of management of the owner of a takoyaki shop.
