吐き出す｜Exhole｜2020/01/23

議論をする時にまず一番最初にそれぞれの人がレベル差があってもまず自分の思いを全て吐き出すことが大切ではないかと思う。時間がかかっても一人一人同じ時間をとって話をする。その時にキーワードを付箋に書いて貼ってゆく。全員が話し終わると壁にキーワードがいっぱい貼られる。それをカテゴリーごとにゆるく分けながら、具体的なカテゴリーごとで議論を進める。このプロセスは時間が取られるけれど後々非常に重要な意味を持つ。このプロセスがなければ、議論が進んでいる時に、そもそもという話がでたり、雰囲気で議論が流れてしまうことも多い。また人任せではなく、一人一人が議論に参加していくという意識を持つ上でも大切だと思う。

When discussing, I think it's important to first express all of their thoughts, even if each person has a level difference. Sometimes it takes time, but it need to take the same time for each person to talk. At that time, write the keyword on a sticky note and post it. When everyone has finished talking, a lot of keywords are posted on the wall. The discussion will proceed in each specific category while loosely dividing it. This process takes time but becomes very important later. Without this process, when discussions are going on, people often talk about things in the first place, and the discussions often flow in an atmosphere. In addition, I think it is important not only to leave it to others, but also to have the awareness that each person will participate in the discussion.
