経営者の仕事は野球などのスポーツの監督と同じだと思う。どう相手と戦うかという戦術を考えることも大切だけれど、選手の力をどう上げるかも重要な課題だ。選手それぞれの実力を上げることはもちろん、チームのモチベーションをあげたり、選手の個性をうまくポジションに当てはめる。実力のある選手も欲しいけれど、スポーツエンターテイメントを考えるとスター性のある選手も必要だ。またそもそも実力のある選手が集まってくるようなチームの評判も大切。そんなチームづくりを会社経営に当てはめるとみえてくることがあるのかもしれない。

In addition to improving each player's ability, the team will be motivated and the player's individuality will be applied to the position. Of course talented players are needed, but in terms of sports entertainment, a star character player is also needed.
