失敗を見せろ｜Show Me Your Failures

全日本代表のコーチの人の話を聞いた。集まる選手は日本代表として選抜されているだけあり、みな実力がある。その実力をコーチの前でアピールしようとする。しかしそのコーチは「いいところではなく、できないことを見せろ」と選手に言っているという。皆が最高レベルなことは知っている。逆にできないことに挑戦して失敗をし、そこをいかに改善するかが大切だと。成長のためにはまず失敗から始まるんだなぁ。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

I talked with a coach of the All-Japan team. The players gathered here have all been selected as representatives of Japan, and they all have ability. They try to show off their abilities in front of the coach. However, the coach told the players, "Show me what you cannot do, not what you are good at. We know that everyone is at the highest level.
