成人式｜Coming-of-Age Ceremony

各地で成人式が行われたけれど、成人の年齢が20歳から18歳に変わった。40年近く前の自分の成人式で覚えているのは、ハンコ入れをもらったことくらいだ。大人への自覚という意味ではいいプレゼントだったのかもしれない。しかしこの年齢になると、100年人生といわれる中で、そんなに急いで大人になることないのにと思ってしまう。30歳くらいでもいいのかなと思うけれど、お酒は今まで通りにしてほしいなぁ。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

Coming-of-age ceremonies were held in various places, and the age of adulthood changed from 20 to 18. The only thing I remember from my coming-of-age ceremony nearly 40 years ago was receiving a stamp holder. It may have been a good present in the sense of self-awareness for adults. However, at this age, it is said that people live to be 100 years old, and I wonder if they are in such a hurry to grow up.
