人と企業のマッチング｜Matching People and Companies

どの企業で働くかということはなかなか難しい。初めて社会人として働くとなるとなおさらだ。業界についても知識がなく、個別企業となると、ホームページや評判、OBの人の話や家族の話などから推測するしかない。しかも景気が低迷し就活が大変な時期だと、とりあえず内定をもらわないと不安だ。しかし企業との相性というのも大切なポイントだと思う。人と人との相性があるように、人と企業との相性もある。まず企業側が飾らない「本当の自分」をさらけ出す。そして就活生が自分との相性で企業を選ぶ。お互いがキレイなことを言うお見合いではなく、素顔を見せ合う。そんなことができれば今よりお互いハッピーになると思うのだが。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

It is difficult to decide which company to work for. Especially when it comes to working as a member of society for the first time. They have no knowledge of the industry and individual companies. They have no choice but to guess based on the companies' websites, reputations, stories of OB and family. Moreover, when the economy is sluggish and job hunting is difficult, they may be worried if they don't get a job offer for the time being. However, I think the compatibility with the company is also an important point. Just as there is compatibility between people, there is also compatibility between people and companies. First of all, it exposes the “real self” that the company does not display. And job hunting students choose companies based on their compatibility. It's not a marriage meeting where each other says beautiful things, but they show each other's true faces.
