１億円の使い道｜Usage or 1M Yen｜2022/07/28

「もし明日までに１億円を使わなければいけないとしたらあなたはどうする？」という問いがコムコムラボであった。ボクだったら何を買おうかなぁ？ショッピングモールに行って欲しいものを手当たり次第にカゴに入れるかなぁと考えた。みんなの意見を聞いてみると家を買う、郊外に別荘を買う、時計を買うというショッピング派の意見が続く。その中で友達のビジネスに投資するとか、今までお世話になった人にお礼をするとか、祖父母のために介護施設を用意するとか、赤十字に寄付をするという意見もあった。自分のためというより周りや社会のためにという考えが若い人を中心にみられる。自分のものは買わないの？という問いかけには、自分のものは身の丈のもので十分だという。何のために働くのかということも大きく変わるのだろうなぁ。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
The question "What would you do if you had to spend 100 million yen by tomorrow?" was asked at CommComm Lab. What would I buy? I would randomly put what I wanted to get into my basket at the shopping mall. I heard everyone's opinions, and shopping groups had ideas such as buying a house, buying a villa in the suburbs, and buying a watch. Among them, there were opinions such as investing in a friend's business, thanking those who have taken care of them, preparing a nursing care facility for grandparents, and donating to the Red Cross. Most young people thought that it was for their surroundings and society rather than for themselves. Someone asked “Don't you buy your own?”. To the question, he said that he would get their own which matches his status. I wonder what they work for will change a lot. -Text and illustration by Ted Sakaki
