答えを探す｜Find the Answer｜2022/05/17

何か困ったことがあるとインターネットで調べて、数分である程度の答えを見つけ出すことができる。便利な世の中になったなぁと思うのだけれど、自分で答えを考えるということをしなくなってしまう。学校や企業でも教える側が一生懸命に教えようとすればするほど、自分で考えることは少なくなる。徐々に答えは自分で考えるのではなく、何かを探せばあるということが当たり前になってゆく。マニュアルがないと動けないという人が増えているというのもうなずける。丁寧に教えるのではなく、ほおっておくのが一番と言う人もいる。何がいいのかをまず考えてみよう。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

We can search the internet for any problems and find some answers in minutes. I think it's a convenient world, but I don't think about the answer myself. The harder the teacher at school or in the company, the less students or younger staff think about themselves. Gradually, it becomes commonplace to find something rather than thinking about the answer themselves. It's no wonder that more and more people can't move without a manual.
