未来予測講座｜Future Prediction Course｜2022/05/12

新しい講座をスタートした。未来予測講座というタイトルで、未来を妄想するチカラを身につけるという内容だ。メタバースでのワークもやりながら、知らずに身についている固定概念からも脱却する。18回のプログラム終了時には未来のビジョンを描き、仲間を引っ張ることのできる人材に成長して欲しい。参加者は社会人になって数ヶ月や数年というフレッシュな会社員。初回から活発な発言もあって、今後が楽しみだ。でも一番成長するのは講師であるボクかもしれない。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
I started a new course. The title is "Future Prediction Course", and the content is to acquire the power to delusion of the future. While doing work in the Metaverse, we also break away from the stereotypes that we have unknowingly acquired. At the end of the 18th program, I want them to draw a vision for the future and grow into a person who can lead people. They are fresh office workers who have been working for months or years.
