現場力｜On-Site Capabilities｜2022/04/14

現場で働く人にヒアリングをした。人びとが安全・安心・快適に過ごすために24時間体制で勤務している。仕事の多くは緊急性を伴うことで、即時に解決しなくてはいけない。そのためのマニュアルはもちろんだが、一番大切なことはチームやコミュニケーションだという。一人では何もできないし、色々なアイデアや経験に加えお互いの信頼感や助け合いがなくては解決できない。人びとがストレスなく過ごすことができるのにはこういった現場力に支えられているのだと改めて感じた。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
I interviewed people who work on-site. They work with 24 hours a day shifts so that people can spend their time safely, securely and comfortably. Much of the work is urgent and must be resolved immediately. The manual is important, but the most important thing is the team and communication. They can't do anything by themselves, and they can't solve it without mutual trust and mutual help in addition to various ideas and experiences.
