３つの言葉｜Three Words｜2022/03/17

場所を表現するのに、緯度と経度を使うとその場所が一点に絞られる。さらにz軸も加えると高さも表現できるので、ビルのどの場所ということが正確に表すことができる。サービスや製品などの特徴を表現するのも同じように３つのキーワードで行うことによって、よりそのものを表すことができるのではないだろうか。一言で表現できればいいのだが、成熟した市場ではなかなか表すことが難しいし、逆に表現できるものは既存のものとかけ離れすぎてしまうのでそのもの自体受け入れにくい。例えばアップルの製品なら次の３つで表現してみる。「かわいい相棒」×「禅」×「見たこともない」一緒に外出したくなるかわいさは家電メーカーの製品にはない要素だ。また単にデザインのシンプルさだけでなく、削り出し素材を使用するなど研ぎ澄まされたシンプルさ。そして想像したこともない見たこともない、早く体験してみたいというワクワク。昔のアップル製品に比べるとそれらの要素は低くなってきたものの依然として持ち続けている。こんな感じで３つの言葉で表現してみよう。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

By expressing the features of services and products with three keywords in the same way, it may be possible to express itself more. It would be nice if it could be expressed in one word, but it is difficult to express it in a mature market, and conversely, what can be expressed is too far from the existing ones, so it is difficult to be accepted. For example, in the case of Apple products, I will try to express it in the following three ways. "Cute buddy" x "Zen" x "Never seen" The cuteness that makes me want to go out together is an element that home appliance makers don't have. In addition to the simplicity of the design, it is also sharpened by using machined materials. And I've never imagined it, I've never seen it, and I'm excited to experience it as soon as possible.
