石の上にも３年｜Three Years on the Stone｜2022/03/16

３年のサイクルはとても良いと思う。１年目は初めての環境で、まず慣れる。２年目は慣れた環境で改めて考えることができる。３年目で２年目に考えたことを実践できる。一つのことを習得するのにいいサイクルだ。中学校、高校、会社の部署異動など３年周期のものも多い。しかし今の世の中そんな悠長なことは言ってられない。すでに高速PDCAは遅くて、超高速じゃないとダメらしい。石の上にもいられるのは本人の意思とは関係なく３ヶ月程度しか許されない時代かもしれない。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗） 

I think the 3-year cycle is very good. The first year was my first environment and I got used to it first. In the second year, I could think again in a familiar environment. In the third year, I can put into practice what I thought in the second year. It's a good cycle to master one thing. Many of them have a three-year cycle, such as junior high school, high school, and company department changes. However, it became difficult to say such a generous thing in the world today. High-speed PDCA is already slow, and it must be super-high speed.
