やっておけば良かったこと｜What I Should Have Done｜2022/02/28

社会人数年目の人に大学時代にやっておけば良かったことを聞いた。英語や経済、専門分野をもっと磨けば良かったなど人によって様々な答えが返ってくる。その中で印象的だったのが、必要なことはその時点でどんどん変わってくるので、後から振り返ってということは難しいというもの。結局その時点でベストだと思うことをやるしかないという答えはとても納得。いつも「あー、やっておけば良かった」と後悔することが多いけれど、その時点でのベストを行っていればその後変わることはしょうがない。そのように考えられることって大切だなぁ。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
I asked people who were several years in the business society what they should have done in college. Various answers returned depending on the person, such as wishing to improve English, economics, and specialized fields. What impressed me was that it was difficult to look back on it later because the necessary things changed rapidly at that point. After all, the answer that he has to do what he thinks is the best at that time is very convincing.
