生ジョッキ缶｜Draft Beer Can｜2022/01/25

外見は単なるビール缶。しかし蓋を開けると泡がじわじわと出てくる。柔らかい泡が缶の上に覆いかぶさる。まさに生ビールのようだ。しかもジョッキよりもビールが冷えたままだ。通常ビール缶は泡を出さないようにすることが常識だったという。それをいかにして缶に泡を立てるかという真逆の挑戦だ。缶の中にデコボコを作ったり、蓋に工夫をしたらしいのだが、綺麗な泡を安定的に出すのが大変だったという。しかし諦めずに作り上げたのがすごい。お父さん達の帰りの新幹線の強力なお供になること間違いなしだ。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
It looks like a normal beer can. However, when the lid is opened, the foam comes out. Soft bubbles cover the can. It's just a draft beer. Moreover, beer remained cooler than the mug. Normally beer cans were common sense to prevent bubbles. It is a challenge to make it a bubble on the can. It seems that they made a rough surface in the can and devised a lid, but it was difficult to put a beautiful bubble stably. It is amazing that they never gave up.
