失敗の履歴書｜Resume of Failure｜2022/01/13

大学で微生物の研究をしている先生と話をした。失敗の中にこそ研究に役立つ要素が多くあるという。しかし最近は失敗はネガティブと捉えられ、試行錯誤より失敗せずに最短で成功することの方が重要視されたりするという。これは研究以外の世界でも同じかもしれない。いかに失敗しないかが大切で、チャレンジしない方がよかったりする。しかし数多くの失敗をして成功を掴んだ方が経験値やプロセスを重ねることができる。そういう意味だと、華々しい履歴書よりも、数多くの失敗を重ねてきたという履歴書の方が大切なのかもしれない。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

 I talked to a professor who is studying microorganisms at the university. He said that there were many elements that were useful for research in failure. However, recently, failure was regarded as negative, and it was said that success in the shortest time without failure was more important than trial and error. This may be the same in the world other than research. It is important not to fail, and it is better not to challenge. However, those who make many mistakes and gain success can accumulate experience points and processes.
