お酒を飲みたくないメニュー|The Menu Without Drinking|2022/01/06

1ヶ月前にお酒を飲むのを控えようと固い決心をしたものの、この年末年始ですっかり忘れてしまった。習慣化するのには90日が必要と言われるので、このトライアルは失敗に終わったようだ。食事にお酒が加わるコトで食事も美味しくなるのが飲んでしまう原因ではないだろうかと考えた。それではお酒を飲みたくなくなるメニューがあればいい!早速ネットで調べてみると、カレーライスやオムライスなどが出てくる。これならオレンジワインなんかがいいかなと思ってしまう。魚卵にワインのように全てのお酒がまずくなる組み合わせがないかなぁ。(絵と文:サカキテツ朗)

 I made a firm decision to refrain from drinking a month ago, but I completely forgot about it during the New Year holidays. This trial seems to have failed, as it is said that it will take 90 days to become a habit. I wondered if the fact that alcohol is added to the meal makes the meal delicious is the cause of drinking. Then it would be nice if there was a menu that would make me not want to drink alcohol! I looked it up on the internet immediately, and I found curry rice and omelet rice.
