溶ける膵臓｜Melting Pancreas｜2021/12/09

毎晩ワインやシャンパンを飲んでいる。休肝日を作ろうと思ってもついつい身体がアルコールを欲し、一日をハッピーな気分で締めくくっている。しかし今朝日経ビジネスの記事を見て顔が青くなった。アルコールを毎日飲んでいると膵臓が溶けてしまうらしい。最初はちょっと胃の辺りが重いらしいが、途中から痛みはなくなり、ある日突然激痛が訪れ、その時はすでに手遅れらしい。休肝日ならぬ休膵日をもうけないと大変なことになるようだ。確かにしばらく前まで胃の辺りが重くて最近それも治った気もする。もしかしてすでに。。。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
I drink wine and champagne every night. Even if I wanted to rest, my body just wanted alcohol and ended the day with a happy mood. However, I was shocked after seeing the Nikkei Business article this morning. The article said the pancreas seems to melt if I drink alcohol every day. It seems to have a little heavy stomach at first, but the pain disappeared from the middle, and one day it suddenly suffered severe pain, and it seems that it is already too late.
