あがる魚屋｜Exciting Fish Shop｜2021/09/13

最近リニューアルされたというスーパーに行った。スーパーは品揃えに限るなと思っていたら、魚売り場がたまらない。切り身やお刺身の充実さはもちろん、金目鯛、ブリ、鯛、太刀魚、アジ、ヒラメ、サンマが存在感ある姿が並んでいる。しかもそんな値段で！というプライス。シャケの切り身を自分で袋詰めできるコーナーがあったり、盛り合わせを注文できる場所があったり。まるでテーマパークだ。品揃え、価格、品質はもちろんだが、ディスプレイって大事な要素なんだなぁ。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
I went to a supermarket that was recently renewed. I thought that lineup was important for a supermarket. I was surprised at the fish corner. Not only the richness of fillets and sashimi, but also the appearance of goldfish, yellowtail, sea bream, cutlass fish, horse mackerel, flatfish, and saury are lined up. And the prices were surprisingly reasonable. There was a corner where we could pack salmon fillets ourselves, and there were places where we could order assortments. It was like a theme park.
