妄想銀行｜Delusion Bank｜2021/07/26

本屋さんでウロウロするのが好きだ。本のタイトルや装丁を眺めているだけでワクワクする。ふとある一冊のタイトルが気になった。「妄想銀行」タイトルだけで妄想が拡がってゆく。著者を見たら星新一で1978年のショートショートだ。中学の時に大好きだったのだが、改めて読み直して驚いた。新刊といってもいいくらいストーリーが今っぽい。時代が変わっても人間の欲は変わらない。また変わってゆくものも見えにくい時代になってきたけれど、40年前の星新一には見えていたのかもしれない。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
I like to walk around bookstores. Just looking at the title and binding of the book is exciting. Suddenly I was curious about the title of one book. The delusion spreads only with the title of "Delusion Bank". I looked at the author, and it was written by Shinichi Hoshi as a short short in 1978. I loved his books when I was in junior high school, and I was surprised to read it again. The story is almost like a new issue. I realize human greed does not change even if the times change. In addition, it has become difficult to see things that change, but it may have been visible to Shinichi Hoshi 40 years ago. -Text and illustration by Ted Sakaki
