未来ハガキ｜Future Postcard｜2021/01/06

今年初めての対面での打合せで出席者に未来ハガキを書いてもらった。ハガキの裏面に仕事で今年やりたい事を漢字一文字で表してもらい、表面に来年の自分に向けたメッセージを書く。皆さん戸惑いながら書いて発表してもらった。職種、立場、年齢などで字は異なっていたけれど、それぞれの方のキャラクターがよく出ていて、今年の抱負を自分の言葉で語ってくれた。また来年振り返って語ってもらおうと思う。通常の打合せだと具体的なプロジェクトの話に終始してしまうけれど、年始はこういうもののいいな。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
At the first face-to-face meeting this year, I asked the attendees to write a future postcard. They expressed what they want to do at work this year on the back of the postcard in one word, and wrote a message for themselves next year on the front. Everyone was confused and wrote and announced. The characters were different depending on the type of job, position, age, etc., but their characters of each person often appeared, and they talked about their aspirations for this year in their own words. I'll look back next year and ask them to talk about it. In a normal meeting, we end up talking about a specific project, but this is what I like during the New Year holidays. -Text and illustration by Ted Sakaki
