身体防御隊｜Physical Defense Team｜2020/11/03

夜中にトイレに行きたくなっていってからが大変だった。お腹の痛みが始まる。何度も何度もトイレにいって体内中の水分がほとんど出てしまうかというくらいだった。お腹の痛みはさらに増し、発熱して動けなくなってしまい、21時間寝続けた。どうやら食あたりだったようだけど、体内の菌に対する反応がすごい。上から、下から菌を排出しようとし、発熱で菌と闘う。「よろしくお願いします」とお願いしたわけでもないのに勝手に出動し、次の日には元気にさせてくれた。「お世話になりました」と一升瓶をお持ちしたいところだが、ここは暴飲暴食を避けて身体防御隊に敬意を評したい。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

 It was hard since I wanted to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Abdominal pain began. It was as if I went to the bathroom over and over again and almost all the water in my body came out. My abdominal pain increased, and I got fever and couldn't move, so I slept for 21 hours. Apparently it was food poisoning, but the reaction to bacteria in the body is amazing. It tried to expel the bacteria from the top and bottom, and was fighting the bacteria with fever. Even though I didn't ask “Please protect me", it dispatched itself and made me feel better the next day. I'd like to bring a bottle with it, saying, "Thank you for your help," but I would like to pay tribute to the physical defense team here, avoiding overdrinking and eating.　-Text and illustration by Ted Sakaki
