図解で理解｜Understanding with diagram｜2019/11/12

設計会社の人と話をしていて面白かった。事務系の人は言葉でお互いの理解を深めようとするけれど、設計者のような技術系の人はそれでは納得しないらしい。せっかくいいアイデアも議論もなかなか進まず、そのまましぼんでしまう。書類もなかなか決裁されない。特に経営的な話はそうらしい。しかしある時に簡単な図で説明をすると、その矢印の方向が違うとか、それを実行するにはもう一本の柱が必要とか一気に理解が進み、議論も白熱。それ以降書類には必ず模式図を添付するようにして、スムーズにいくようになったらしい。それぞれの会社の社員の気質にあわせた理解の手法が必要なんだと実感した。

However, when he explained with a simple diagram at one time, they understood it, and started discussion, like “the direction of the arrow is different in this plan.” or “Another pillar must be necessary to carry it out in this plan.” Since then, he attached diagram with document, then it went smoothly. I realized that an understanding method that matches the temperament of each company employee is necessary.
